This Wednesday evening marks the first presidential debate for the 2012 American elections. Elevating the discourse as only Tumblr can, we’ll have a crack team of GIF artists cranking out instant animations of the best debate moments, from zingers to gaffes to awkward silences. …although Tumblr’s link to Adam Gabbatt’s Guardian blog means ‘The G’ probably have a custom tool to do their own gifs, and an eBook explaining how it all came together in time for the first debate this week.

Yes tonight sees the return of the classy Arthur Daley and his minder, Terry, to the TV screens on Channel 5. Yes, Minder has returned.
