Yes there may be other options on Election Night (even if they have been neutered), and Channel 4’s promise of alternative coverage is intriguing. But there is another option! I’ll be hosting Leith FM’s overnight coverage, starting at 10pm. Those of you in Edinburgh can tune in on 98.8 FM, while everyone else in the world can access the stream at www.leithfm.co.uk. Who plays Lib Dem Two Horse Race bingo? Whenever you get a leaflet from the Liberal Democrats during the current UK General Election campaign, you can be guaranteed two things – a rather interesting bar graph, and the declaration that “It’s a two horse race” and “only the Lib Dems can win here.
