When a Finnish bumper makes all the difference

After some fast work from the UK PR team, I’ll be taking a Nokia Lumia 800 on the road to BlogWorld to review in the field. Watch for more on All About Windows Phone, but I want to say one thing now. Putting a “rubber bumper” case in the retail package was a smart move. It says to me this is not a disposable smartphone, but something that should be protected. It builds value in the mind, and helps pitch the phone as something to be treasured. Practical and psychological in one smart move.
