Look past the Chinese language if you have to, but this interview with Stephen Elop on Sina.com.cn has a nice bundle of bullet points, including:

Nokia are bringing expertise in navigation, mapping and entertainment to Windows Phone.

They will be “doing things” to help Symbian users move to Windows Phone.

Meego is going to be a key element to the Chinese strategy.

…and it’s hard for Elop to understand why Google created uncertainty in the Android ecosystem (which Nokia could have joined).
