Soundbiters Now Broadcast I’m On Soundbiters In 90 Minutes
Mark Hunter (The Tartanpodcast) and I’s appearance as “The Podcasters” on BBC Radio Scotland’s Soundbiters will be airing on BBC Radio Scotland at 11.30am today, with a repeat at midnight. I’m sure you’ll all enjoy it.
UPDATE: That was pretty good, we fared slightly better than I hoped in the cutting room – they’ve edited out a lot of my comments, and the show is a lot less “comedic” than I was led to believe, which means my humour jars a bit in two places. What did come across to my family (apart from it was like the 1940s and everyone gathered around the DAB Radio) was how sarky the host/presenter was. Those of you in the UK should be able to get the show on “Listen Again” until Friday 30th December, 2005 at this link. Those of you outside the UK… use your imagination… or a proxy ;-)

Gordon, thans for that. I have the MP3 here (sent on CD from the Beeb), so I was being subtle. And the joint reportMark and I did previously on the blog revealed the outcome, so it’s not a spoiler. Thanks for thinking about it though!
Could you know any more trivia, Ewan? You do need to improve your knowledge of Scottish bands, even popular ones though. ;-)
Martin, oh there are gaps in my knowledge. Soap Operas for one – as for knowledge of Scottish Bands I’d point out that Mainstream Scottish Music isn;t really m y bag bag. Now if they’d asked about “The Outfit” or “Ampliphonic…”
