I&#8217;m linking because this is a gorgeous piece of writing about Chris Christie, the man who stood behind Donald Drumpf and simply&#8230; listened.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It was not a thousand-yard stare. That would understate the vast and impenetrable distance it encompassed.<\/p>\n<p>He looked as if he had seen a ghost and the ghost had made him watch Mufasa die again.<\/p>\n<p>He had the eyes of a man who has?looked into the heart of light, the silence.
