Who wins?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s all very nice that the UK music collections agencies have noted that &#8216;digital&#8217; revenue is outperforming &#8216;radio&#8217; revenue, but I&#8217;d be very interested to see the distribution of the money.
