Why would you want to download Vine? Because it\u2019s supposed to be a fun tool for making and sharing very short video clips \u2014 no longer than six seconds a pop \u2014 in the same way that Instagram worked for photos. And it\u2019s designed in a similar way, with the ability to follow other Vine users\u2019 clips, explore stuff from people you don\u2019t know, etc.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
