Is Mike Morris still gutted about Morning Television?
I have a strong memory, from many years ago at the death of TV-AM, a reporter asking Mike Morris how he felt about working TV-AM one day, and then having to sit at home the next day as GMTV started… without him. “I’m gutted,” he said. I don;t think I’ll remember Adrian Chiles’ quality statement on Daybreak in twenty years time.
