Why I Have a Reputation On Finding Really Good SXSW Parties

Something I’ve noticed in the last week or so on the Social Networks, blogs and Friendfeed discussions is that many people are pointing out that I’m a ‘Party Radar’ for the annual South by Southwest Interactive festival. Really? I suspect the reason for this is simple planning beforehand. About a month before I get to Austin, I add in a new tab to my filofax, filled with the Day Planner inserts. There isn’t a huge amount of doubt, but I’ve got enough dominoes lined up to say with confidence that I’ll be at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, running from March 13th to the 22nd.
