Andy Baio and the one clause every founder should consider
As far as I know, this is a first. Major corporations don’t give back the original domains they acquired back to their founders, and Yahoo should be commended for it. It’d be nice to see this right-of-first-refusal become part of standard shutdown procedures. This. And the history (so far?) of upcoming.org, over on Medium.
